That’s why we offer a straightforward, transparent service with a fair placement fee of 7.5%, just a fraction of the industry standard's placement fee, which can range from 20-30%. All advertising fees are passed straight onto the client without additional premiums added.

SciHigh Medical Recruitment was founded by Bec Joyno, a passionate advocate for ethical hiring and a firm believer in people-centred healthcare. With over a decade of experience in recruitment and Human Resources, including in the medical and corporate sectors, Bec brings both professional expertise and an intimate understanding of the healthcare system.


Her motivation for founding SciHigh was deeply personal. As the primary carer through her daughter's battle with cancer, Bec witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of compassionate, skilled, and dedicated medical professionals. SciHigh was built in the quiet hours of the morning; often at 2 or 3 AM during long hospital admissions, after the last scans, blood tests, emergency EEGs, and consultations had ended. During those moments, amid the beeping of monitors and all of the uncertainty, Bec found clarity in a mission: to create a recruitment service that prioritises not just qualifications, but integrity, passion, and the deeply human impact of healthcare.


SciHigh Medical Recruitment exists to bridge the gap between talented doctors and workplaces that align with their values.
